UCD student information systems and email
UCD Connect provides access to UCD Email, SISWeb (the student information system) and Google Drive. Once you become a registered student you will have access to all of these and it is UCD policy to use your UCD email address for all official communication.
How to access UCD email
How to access the student information system (SISWeb)
You will find all information relating to registration, exam results, UCD policies and regulations and information on UCard and parking.
UCARD is the official identification card for students and staff at UCD. Once a student receives a UCARD, a library account appears on the system the following day.
If you wish to get a Student ID/UCARD you will need to upload a photo as part of the application/registration process.
Once all students are registered to the CPD course, we will request the UCARDs from the UCARD Bureau and send the cards to the CPD contact for your hospital/organisation.
If you do not upload a photograph during your Course Application, you can still apply for a UCARD.
How to upload your Photo
If you have any difficulties, email your photo and student number to: ucard@ucd.ie
To view your exam results please check the Dates of UCD Examination results and follow the steps below.
Note: Provisional Results are only visible for a period of 3 days, Final Results (once issued) are visible indefinitely.
