The UCD Iris Centre for Interdisciplinary, Research, Innovation & Education in Health Systems offers a number of programmes in Leadership, Strategy, Innovation and Management in Health Systems that will help you to strengthen your capacity to tackle the complex challenges facing contemporary health systems.

The programme structure can be negotiated to enable you to achieve your personal career goals so that you obtain a world-class qualification tailored to your particular needs.
Our suite of Leadership, Strategy, Innovation and Management for Healthcare programmes comprises a framework of awards. You can choose your own pathway through the framework to best meet your needs and there are a number of entry and exit routes along the way comprising Graduate and Professional Certificates and Diplomas. Once you have earned 90 ECTS credits (the national standard for a Masters Qualification) you will receive the qualification of the MSc Leadership, Innovation & Management for Healthcare accredited and awarded by UCD at QQI Level 9.
